Open Tickets Deleted After Opting-In to New Order Manager
The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: all my open tickets was deleted when I opted in the new Order Manager
all my open tickets was deleted when I opted in the new Order Manager. Is there a way to get them back???

Could you provide a bit more information on this? What device were you using? As well as, do you have any screenshots of the option you selected that caused this?

I had the same issue, No Screen shots of anything I did.
I am using Square for Retail on a Square Stand. We had an update and I did join Betas just before this happened.
Since I use Square for Retail, My Saved Carts were empty. I saw in another thread to check Orders, which also do not have the saved carts in them. I use the Saved Carts for customers that place an order over the phone ant then want to pay for them when they pick them up. Only thing I know of that happened was I had a Square Update. I know of this because last week I believe my Login to track hours changed and I was dealing with that. Found out that permissions also changed between users settings. So I do not know which Version I was previously on since I was avoiding updating since Square with Ipads had known issues with IOS 18.4.1. So I was avoiding ALL updates from Square and from IOS until Square says all is fixed. I was about to when Square released a Patch for the 18.4.1 IOS but the next day I saw that the Square update did not fix it. That is the last I heard so my IOS on my Ipads is currently out of date for the version I am running of Square. Since my Saved carts that were lost are over a week old now, I am not worried about it, but am more worried about if Square and IOS are fully operational with current Updated versions.

Hi @Candlestore! Sorry to hear this is happening to you too and apologies for the delayed response. Are you still experiencing this issue? As well as, did you end up downloading the new update, since you said you were hesitant?
